Policies



Vaccination Policy

We ask that owners ensure their pet's vaccinations are up to date for Bordatella/Kennel Cough, Parvo/Distemper, and Rabies. Although we follow strict sanitization protocols after each grooming, we are not liable for any risks associated with disease/illness. Please call to reschedule your appointment if your pet is sick or showing unusual behaviors/symptoms.

 


Matted Coat Policy

For the safety of your pet, we are unable to groom pets with severe matting, as it is often associated with skin issues such as hematomas, infections, and sores that may require immediate medical attention. These cases should be assessed and treated by a veterinarian, as shaving under these conditions is safer when performed by a medical professional. 



Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24-hour notice prior to canceling an appointment to cover the time we had set aside for you. Last-minute cancellations are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. You may choose to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice at no charge.

Frequent cancellations will require a non-refundable deposit of $30 to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total bill at the time of grooming.

 

Late/No-Show Policy

We rely on clients to be on time as we are an appointment-based business. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will be unable to accommodate you, and this will result in a $30 late/no-show fee. Please be respectful of our time and our business by being on time for your appointment.

 



Late Pick-Up Policy

Please pick up your pets at the notified time. Pets not picked up within a reasonable time will be subjected to a $1/minute fee.
