Vaccination Policy

We ask that owners ensure their dog’s vaccinations are up to date for Bordatella/Kennel Cough, Parvo/Distemper, and Rabies. Although we follow strict sanitization protocols after each grooming, we are not liable for any risks associated with disease/illness. Please call to reschedule your appointment if your dog is sick or showing unusual behaviors/symptoms.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24-hour notice prior to canceling an appointment to cover the time we had set aside for you. Last-minute cancellations are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. You may choose to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice at no charge.  

Late/No-Show Policy

We rely on clients to be on time as we are an appointment-based business. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will be unable to accommodate you, and this will result in a $30 late/no-show fee. Please be respectful of our time and our business by being on time for your appointment.

Late Pick-Up Policy

Please pick up your dogs at the notified time. Dogs not picked up within a reasonable time will be subjected to a $1/minute fee.
